We collect the following data:
- Order data: surname, first name, delivery address, email address, telephone number
- Payment data: processed directly by our secure provider (Stripe); JACQUELINE'S LAB never has access to complete banking data
- Browsing data: cookies, IP address, pages visited, visit duration (via Shopify Analytics)
- Communication data: email and first name collected when signing up to our newsletter or the product quiz
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Performance of the order (legal basis: contract), order processing, delivery, invoicing, after-sales service
- Commercial communication (legal basis: consent), sending newsletters, promotional offers, product recommendations via Klaviyo
- Service improvement (legal basis: legitimate interest), analysis of browsing behaviour, sales statistics
- Legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation), retention of accounting and tax records

Your data may be passed to the following providers, strictly within the scope of their assignment:
- Shopify Inc., hosting and management of the online store
- Stripe, secure payment processing
- Chronopost, order delivery
- Klaviyo, email marketing management (only where consent has been given)
No data is sold to third parties.

- Order data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
- Marketing data: until unsubscription or 3 years of inactivity
- Browsing data (cookies): 13 months maximum
