Order data: surname, first name, delivery address, email address, telephone number
Payment data: processed directly by our secure provider (Stripe); JACQUELINE'S LAB never has access to complete banking data
Browsing data: cookies, IP address, pages visited, visit duration (via Shopify Analytics)
Communication data: email and first name collected when signing up to our newsletter or the product quiz

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the order (legal basis: contract), order processing, delivery, invoicing, after-sales service
Commercial communication (legal basis: consent), sending newsletters, promotional offers, product recommendations via Klaviyo

Marketing data: until unsubscription or 3 years of inactivity
Browsing data (cookies): 13 months maximum
